General terms and conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate the contractual relationship between Seven-Doll.com (hereinafter referred to as 'Operator') and the customer (hereinafter referred to as 'Customer'). The services of the Operator are exclusively based on the following provisions. Amendments to these GTC and subsidiary agreements are only valid if they have been agreed in writing between the parties to the contract.

Prices:
The indicated prices are valid for shipping to Switzerland, the USA and most other countries in the world. To some countries with strongly differing shipping costs additional shipping charges may apply.

Terms of payment:
Payment is made by credit or debit card. Other payment options, for example prepayment, are possible at any time, please send us an email.

Reservation of proprietary rights:
The operator remains owner of the goods delivered by him until receipt of all payments from the business relationship with the customer.

Obligations of the customer to inspect and give notice of defects:
The customer shall inspect the delivery immediately upon receipt for transport damage and other damage that can be immediately detected externally. In the event of transport damage, the customer must report this to the last deliverer and the operator without delay.

The orderer must check the goods within a period of 2 working days after delivery for the presence of further defects and notify the operator immediately in writing of any defects in the goods. If no formally valid complaint is made within the aforementioned period, the delivery shall be deemed approved.

Refund:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, but to us!

Please use a traceable shipping service or sign a shipping insurance, otherwise there is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Place of jurisdiction and applicable law:
Exclusive place of jurisdiction and place of performance is Switzerland/Ticino. Swiss substantive law is exclusively applicable to the contractual relationship.
